01. Who this notice covers

This notice covers episyne.com, its public pages and the Founding Beta application only. It does not cover a signed-in Episyne account, connected repositories, payment or the production SaaS service. Additional notices and agreements will be presented before those activities begin.

02. What we collect

Please do not submit passwords, source code, repository URLs, trade secrets, or sensitive personal details in the free-text answer.

03. Purposes and legal bases

We process application details to evaluate and respond to your request for possible beta access (steps prior to a potential contract at your request). We process minimum necessary anti-abuse and service diagnostics to protect the website, where permitted by applicable law. Optional marketing messages require a separate affirmative opt-in; declining does not affect your application. You may ask us about the legal basis of a particular processing activity through the privacy contact.

Filling the form does not create an account or add you to an unrelated newsletter.

04. Where data goes

The application sends your submission to a first-party endpoint and stores the details in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies anti-bot tokens server-side, and Cloudflare may process request and connection metadata as infrastructure provider. We use Resend to send the transactional confirmation and invitations using your submitted email. Optional marketing consent does not automatically enroll you in a marketing list. If enabled, analytics record only aggregate daily counts grouped by broad campaign and application category, without email addresses.

Our infrastructure and email providers may process or store information outside Brazil, including in countries where they or their subprocessors operate. International processing is subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards. You can request more information about providers and transfer safeguards through the privacy contact. We do not sell applicant data.

05. Retention, corrections and deletion

Application records and associated confirmation jobs are removed from the active application database after 180 days, unless earlier deletion is appropriate or a legal obligation requires a longer period. Aggregate analytics counters, if enabled, are removed after 90 days. Provider delivery logs and infrastructure backups follow their respective retention policies and may persist beyond deletion from the active database.

You may request access, correction, withdrawal of optional marketing updates or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify that you control the email address before disclosing or changing a record; applicable legal retention exceptions may apply.

06. Your privacy choices

Depending on applicable law, including Brazil’s LGPD, you may have rights to access, confirmation, correction, information about sharing and deletion where appropriate. Marketing opt-in may be withdrawn independently. A decision not to opt into product news will not influence your Founding Beta application.

Our public site does not need third-party advertising cookies for the planned application flow. We do not turn on non-essential analytics or advertising cookies without first reviewing their purpose and providing required choices.
